- Are your clients' domains protected against spoofing? Do you know what SPF, DKIM, and DMARC are, and whether every client has all three configured correctly?
- Are you offering DNS filtering to every client, or just the ones who asked?
- Does every client have MFA enabled on email? Not most. Every single one?
- Have you tested a client backup restore in the last 90 days, or are you assuming the backup works because the log says it completed?
- Are your clients' backups immutable, or could ransomware encrypt them too?
- Do you have a written incident response plan for each client? Do they know what to do in the first 60 minutes of a breach?
