Here's what the guide covers

This guide names the five contracts every MSP should have in place and explains why each one matters. Here's what they are:

  1. The managed services agreement. Most MSPs are working off verbal commitments or poorly worded emails. This is the contract that protects everything. Do you have one for every client?
  2. The decline of critical solution letter. When a client refuses backup, antivirus, or patching, you are exposed. This document limits your liability. Most MSPs have never heard of it.
  3. Standard terms and conditions. Not an attachment to a proposal. A living document that should be referenced in every communication with every client.
  4. The data processing agreement. Under UK GDPR, if you access client data, and you do, a DPA is not optional. It is a legal requirement. How many of your clients have one signed?
  5. The project scope agreement. Scope creep is how MSP projects lose margin. A written scope agreement is the only real protection. Are your projects running over because you don't have one?

The guide explains why each one matters and what happens when you don't have them. Enter your email above to get it free.
